The labour landscape is constantly changing, and with it, the skills required. From technological knowledge to collaborative skills, the demands are increasing. How prepared are we to meet them?

Through our third Skills Lab event, we explored the skills gaps that employers consider important but many of us don’t have. Participants had the opportunity to discover areas where there is room for improvement and become familiar with new learning methods through constructive discussion.

The discussion was held in collaboration with ANKO, with Spyros Kellidis as keynote speaker.

The meeting was an open discussion, where participants had the opportunity to express their views, share questions and learn about new trends and requirements of the labour market.

The question remains: Are we ready to adapt to modern labour market requirements?
