Skills Lab Part lll: LinkedIn & Intercultural Management

The third event of the group was a great success on Thursday 4 May.

Team members had the opportunity to learn what LinkedIn is, how to use it properly and what possibilities it offers. Through examples and discussions they learned everything they need to know about applying the “opportunities”.

Later on, Hofstede’s cultural dimension theory was presented where the culture of different peoples was analysed and examined through examples. This was followed by a case study on the topic and the participants divided into groups worked on it.

We can say with certainty though it was a productive afternoon and we look forward to the next events.
